Delight in signature passed canapes\, charcuterie\, French cheese by Master French Craftsman Rodolphe Le Meunier\, Bouley baked breads and desserts by Chef Etienne Le Bastard. Experience live cooking demonstrations and a special French wine program for la fête nationale. Liberté\, égalité\, fraternité! \nEnjoy Brunch Items Including Poached Eggs\, Buckwheat Blini\, Salmon Rosti\, Osetra Golden Caviar\, Organic Waffles with Chestnut Honey\, Smoked Sturgeon\, Spinach Puree\, Poached Quail Eggs\, Non-Gluten Nicoise Tarte and many more. \n \nThe Luke Hendon Acoustic Combo\nA jazz quartet inspired by Django Reinhardt and Jazz Manouche (aka Gypsy Jazz) but they have their own unique\, modern sound.
