Connecting to Chef David Bouley’s love for family farms and our grass-fed roots, Bouley at Home welcomes Patrick Rider of Greenane Farms. You are invited to meet Patrick over a 3 course 2 wine pairing lunch and learn how an innovative family farm can positively affect the future our heirloom food supply, how grass-fed products service our bodies and how farming methods affect the health of our planet. Chef Dani will cook your lunch a handshake’s distance away across the atelier cooktop while Patrick presents and leads an interactive discussion.

Learn more about the grass-fed farming difference, the travails and successes of a family farm in the 21st century and how Greenane Farms raises and cares for their angus cattle, heritage pigs, poultry, game birds, goats, and turkey.
