She will also discuss healthy food swaps to reduce calories and help you feel less stressed with your New Year resolutions. \nDr. Uma Naidoo is an Instructor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School\, Boston\, MA. She is the Director of Nutritional and Lifestyle Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital where she sees patients. She is also a Culinary Instructor at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. \nThe presentation will be followed by a multi-course\, immune-boosting dinner created by Chef David Bouley with a corresponding wine program. \nAbout Dr. Uma Naidoo:\nAfter graduating as a medical doctor\, she completed her training at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Next she completed a fellowship in Psychosocial Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She has served as a member of the Academy at Harvard Medical School and is currently developing a unique pilot program in Culinary Medicine with Harvard Medical students.
