DESCRIPTION:Wine Education Class: Saturday February 29th | 12:00 – 1:00pm in Bouley at Home \nOnly 16 Seats Available\, $95 per person + Gratuity & Tax \nLed by our Wine Director\, Olivier Flosse\, guests will have the opportunity to taste and contrast different wines\, on a rotational basis by theme and seasonality. During the hour\, you will learn wine basics such as varietal\, tasting techniques\, region/history\, everyday-practical wine\, cellar organization and more! Olivier will share his insights and tips on the wine you’re trying as well as his tasting notes. Enjoy different bottles in front of you with others\, novices and experts alike\, to compare notes and learn more! \nAfter class\, you may wish to join us in Bouley Test Kitchen for a Chef’s 5-Course Lunch Tasting Menu ($75 per person)\, and enjoy a complimentary wine pairing on us! \nOur Saturday seminar series always features different wine themes\, and you will leave with a better understanding of what kind of wines you like and why you prefer certain types.
