“Learn to make a meal that’s engineered for health that you did yourself in less than 8 minutes, that’s how building blocks will be used.”
– Chef David Bouley
Make a lunch date with Bouley at Home and change the way you LUNCH and LEARN Wednesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 – 1:30. Seated with fellow culinary enthusiasts at two beautiful, minimalist bulthaup counters featuring Gaggeneau cooktops, Bouley at Home chefs and sommeliers will alternate between the two groups for cooking demonstrations and wine tasting followed by a multi-course lunch with wine pairings.
Cooking Classes are available for Groups from 6 to 16 people by special request.
Chefs will demonstrate how to cook and improvise using David Bouley’s nutrient-dense building blocks while a sommelier will lead a unique wine tasting; students can ask about seasonal ingredients, pairings, recipes, skills, meal planning & health benefits. Topics change daily so you can lunch and learn with us often!

Each class will focus on basic cooking techniques and menu planning on a rotational basis; every class you will discover new skills and recipes to expand your palette! Students can ask the chefs about seasonal ingredients, recipes, skills, techniques & health benefits. Class includes a multi-course menu with wine pairing. We can always accommodate any dietary restrictions!
Learn how we can all become our own health advocates at home without a lot of effort with flavorful healthy recipes, like turmeric oil for anti-inflammation and konjac for stabilizing blood sugar! During class, guests will have the opportunity to taste and contrast different wines and discuss wine basics such as varietal, tasting techniques and region/history. Chef Bouley was a pioneer in guiding customers to try lesser known wines that exhibit the same dynamic tastes touted by the industry. Celebrating smaller, independent businesses, Bouley’s dynamic wines allow customers to take a personal voyage through the vineyards Chef Bouley has visited. Join us to engage your senses and discover you new favorite Fall wines and recipes!
Classes are limited to 16 guests per class, divided between two counters for wine class and cooking class!
