The Chef and Dr. Lecture Archives is a collaborative, lecture and dinner series hosted by Chef Bouley and renowned doctors and nutritionists. Nutrient dense dishes provide the blueprint accompanied with a medical practitioner’s view to achieve better health through food.
A state of the art Bouley Test kitchen designed for research and development, provides an opportunity to carry the legacy of Chef David Bouley’s teachings and techniques from an alumni of chefs trained by Bouley over the span of a 30+ year career in savory, pastry, wine service and hospitality.
• Foster the bioavailability of food by sharing the synergies of ingredients that promote gene health.
• Develop foundational “Building Block” products for optimal health, starting with a curated selection.
Varied Food Ingredients play a vital role in nutrition. David’s recipe profiles focus not only on the dominant impact of how foods can affect metabolism but also on the micro nutrients that are not listed in packaging. By cooking with natural ingredients or “Building Blocks” we optimize cellular connectivity for better health. Knowing which foods are best for you is the foundation of which building blocks to implement. Partnering with doctors from our Chef and Dr. Lecture series can help determine better metabolization, to further your own signature dishes for health. Research and Development of the Book ‘Bouley at Home Living Pantry’ will demonstrate how to create your own pantry (‘Building Blocks’) and execute them with recipes.
