Join Dr. Michael Stewart, M.D. and Chef David Bouley in Bouley at Home for a special cooking class lunch demonstration of foods that exceed nutritional and anti-inflammatory requirements for RECOVERY. Whether young, old, athlete, weekend warrior or recovering from a broken bone or any general surgery, you know the feeling when your body aches, but did you know you are aching for nutrition? Dr. Stewart will present and guests may ask questions throughout the interactive cooking demonstration: a 3-course 2-wine pairing lunch will be prepared in front of you on the chef’s atelier cooktop.
“The body’s metabolism is significantly affected by physiologic stress, such as after surgery or an injury; learn how to modify your nutrition to optimize your recovery.”
