Join Dr. Charles Czeisler PhD, MD, FRC, The Director of the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard, also known around the National Basketball Association (NBA) as The Sleep Doctor and Chef David Bouley in Bouley Test Kitchen for a crucial discussion sure to change your “sleep life”. Dr. Czeisler’s presentation will be preceded by a wellness-inspired five course dinner created by Chef David Bouley, accompanied with wine curated by Beverage Director Olivier Flosse.
What to eat and when to eat to have a full 4-stages night’s sleep with full recovery, starting your day with clarity and energy. Dr. Cziesler will present research that has proven that it’s very important to stay away from eating a few hours before going to sleep, but it’s also equally important what you eat. He will provide the evidence and necessary changes you can implement into your lifestyle to enhance sleep performance for the efficiency and productivity that we rely on and deserve from our night’s sleep.
Dr. Czeisler is quoted in the New Yorker article, “Why can’t we fall asleep?”

Note from Chef Bouley:
Dr. Czeisler has done this series before and I have noticed that guests were so excited to incorporate his presentation information into their lives. The first time he joined us, guests were so eager to go home right after the lecture and make these changes and said “Should I stay or should I go” but realized there’s a 5-course meal being served right after. After having a conversation with Dr. Czeisler, I have decided to change the Chef and Doctor event programming to have dinner first followed by the lecture, which gives guests time to digest hours before they go to sleep. I can confidently say, having implemented Dr. Czeisler’s wisdom into my sleep and eating program, I discovered huge benefits and I’m excited to share it!
