Chefs and doctors are teaming up to create healthy dishes you might actually crave
THIS WEEKEND, David Eisenberg, a physician, will talk shop with some 450 colleagues, from ophthalmologists to endocrinologists. Instead of wearing a white coat in a medical lab at the Harvard School of Public Health, however, he’ll don a white apron in a teaching kitchen at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Napa Valley, Calif.
