From weight gain to hormone imbalances to sleep, anxiety, and mood problems, these are just the tip of the iceberg on how stress gone wild impacts us.
Dr. Romm will shed light on all things food, adrenals and stress, drawing from her book The Adrenal Thyroid Revolution, her medical practice, and food, pleasure, and mindfulness lifestyle approach.
Dr. Romm’s presentation will be followed by a wellness-inspired multi-course dinner with wine pairings created by Chef David Bouley.
