Make a lunch date with Bouley at Home and change the way you LUNCH and LEARN Wednesdays & Thursdays, 12:00 – 1:30. Seated with fellow culinary enthusiasts at two beautiful, minimalist bulthaup counters featuring Gaggeneau cooktops, Bouley at Home chefs and sommeliers will alternate between the two groups for cooking demonstrations and wine tasting followed by a multi-course lunch with wine pairings.

Wednesday Classes alternate weekly focus between vegetables, mushrooms and fish with Chef Dan Drexler. Dan’s Jan 9 Class occurs on a Thursday.
